CMMI Appraisals

The CMMI model is an integrated framework of best practices used to help organizations understand their current level of capability and performance. The CMMI Appraisal Method is the officially recognized approach by ISACA for assessing an organization’s processes to assign ratings concerning its capability and performance.

 

Our team of certified CMMI Lead Appraisers and High Maturity Lead Appraisers are qualified to appraise organizations for ratings in Services and Development. We have highly skilled, certified CMMI Associates and Practitioners with the required qualifications and domain experience to participate in CMMI Appraisals including High Maturity. We offer in-person or virtual appraisals to fit your organization's requirements.

 

CMMI  Model Training

The CMMI Institute offers six CMMI certifications to assist you in achieving your organizational and professional goals. Accelerating Process Improvements provides certified CMMI Instructors and model courses needed to attain the credentials to participate as an Appraisal Team Member in CMMI Appraisals.
